Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and instruction manuals are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
